Docks are installed and ready for the season by May 15 — pushed later only in years when ice-out runs past early May. From there through the last sunset of fall, Chapman Place is where Lake Minnetonka boaters call home: calm water and good neighbors.

With 24' and 32' slip options, there's room for everything from runabouts to larger cruisers. Tell us your boat's length and beam on the waitlist and we'll match you to the right slip.
Limited shore-power and water are available to all renters. Need continuous or overnight power? It's available as an add-on — just arrange it when you sign.
